• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate, current information and promptly update it as needed.

• You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., listings, text, images) but grant LocalBizUS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it for operating and promoting the Services.
• You represent you have all rights necessary to submit the content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or applicable laws.
• We may moderate or remove content at our discretion (e.g., spam, illegal, offensive, misleading, or policy-violating content).
• Public content (e.g., approved listings, reviews, business info) may be visible on the site and in search results.

• Paid features (e.g., featured placements, upgrades) may be offered on one-time or recurring terms. Prices and features may change with notice as required by law.
• Payments are processed by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.
• Renewals: If you choose a recurring plan, it will auto-renew until you cancel in your account settings or by contacting us.
• Cancellations: Cancel any time to stop future renewals. Access remains through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds: Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable once the listing/placement period begins.
• Taxes may apply based on your location.

• No unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or otherwise harmful activity.
• No spam, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with the site’s normal operation.
• No posting of others’ personal data without permission or legal basis.
• No intellectual-property infringement or deceptive business claims.

The Services, including the LocalBizUS name, logo, and site design, are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for your content and permitted uses under these Terms, you may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice with sufficient detail (work claimed infringed, location of the material, your contact info, and a sworn statement of good faith and accuracy) to admin@localbizus.com. We may remove content and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.

We may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., maps, analytics, payments). Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or the accuracy of listings or user content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCALBIZUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 6 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LocalBizUS and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including policy violations or legal risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, but certain provisions (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification) survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, for disputes not subject to informal resolution. You and we agree to first attempt good-faith resolution before filing suit.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
