This was literally the worst subway visit ever. We waited for 10 minutes before anyone came out to help us. The staff of Loves noticed we were standing in line, and didn't go get someone until a customer asked her if the subway was closed. Then she was like, "Oh, theres a line." -.- Then when the subway employee came out, there was no apology for the wait and she didnt even greet any of us. She didn't wash her hands before putting on gloves, we asked her to do so. She took her sweet time assisting everyone. She was very lazy in her job. Then another subway employee came out. He also didnt wash his hands before putting on gloves. I asked him to do so, and when I did the female employee dogged me. They were both extremely sloppy in doing they're jobs, dirty, and provided no customer service what so ever. I'm disappointed. This is the only bad experience I have with a Loves & a subway. I travel quite often, and I've never encountered anything like today's experience. Shame on yourselves.
Everyone pretty much knows what to expect that at Subway. This particular Subway is very clean, and the people are very friendly and inviting. I ordered the steak and cheese sandwich on 9 grain honey oat bread. I love to get all the Fixin's, and got generous portions.
Subway was on point they washed their hands properly & even out on the gloves without touching the part that goes into contact with the meat veggies etc... Will made my sub & had a smile & was nice & engaged in a conversation while doing so.. the entire staff was nice & I’ve left subways many times for these exact reasons (truck driver)
They're always friendly
Overrated and overpriced all being said
